We offer a free, flexible and fair returns policy for the satisfaction and complete peace of mind of our valued customers. Shop with full confidence knowing that items can be returned or exchanged for any significant or major fault.

For change of mind or minor/repairable fault returns, the following conditions must be fulfilled (these conditions do not apply to ‘consumer guarantees’ assured under the Australian Consumer Law).

In order for the returns and exchanges to be accepted, please make sure that the items are returned within 21 days of the delivery. We will not accept items returned after this period.
Items must be returned in original condition, with all the tags and labels intact and must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. All the accompanying items and accessories (garment bags, belts, etc.) that were shipped with your order must be returned in the original packaging.
There should not be any makeup stains or blemishes on the items, utmost care must be taken when trying on the garments.
Please note that for items returned with minor faults, we may choose to offer a complimentary repair instead of a full refund or exchange.
